We have been progressing this trimester showing how we glow and working on how we can grow. I will be sending home the midpoint Grows and Glows along with your child’s progress report next Friday. Remember my google site also has a lot of other key components for our classroom:)

November 23-Parent/ teacher conferences 12-7pm (No School)

Snack will be a part of our daily routine. Your child is welcome to bring a healthy snack if they would like.
This week in class:
Reading- Next week, we will continue Unit 2: How do we reveal ourselves to others?
Math- Next week we will be working on metric conversions in Module 2.
Language Arts- Next week we will focus on Modal Auxiliary verbs and an opinion paragraph.
Spelling- Spelling lists will be found on my google site.
Social Studies-Next week, there will be Chapter 1 unit test on Tuesday, September 29. We will then work on a project to advertise America’s strengths. Thanks for sharing about your family’s heritage.
Science- Next week, we will be on Unit 1 Lesson 6-What animal structures are used for support, movement, and protection?
