My name is Melissa Irick, and I'm Hiawatha School District's Instructional Coach. I'm a former Hiawatha Elementary teacher and attorney. Being the instructional coach for Hiawatha is my favorite career role to date and I'm so excited to work with our teachers and students! My husband, Charlie, and I have three adult children, Alex (28), Ben (25) and Belle (22). We also have a Pomeranian (Willie) who is 12 years old.
