Medical Notes

A parent/guardian note to excuse a student from participating in PE is valid for up to 3 days . After then, a visit to a doctor is encouraged if the student is still unable to participate.

A Doctor's note is required to excuse participation in PE for longer than 3 days. Please have the note include modifications or exercises that can be performed during class, opposed to just saying "no PE".
