This Google Form logs your selected PE Locker and its combination
If you forget your PE locker info throughout the year, please review your responses here and rewrite your combination in a safe place (Chromebook Cover, Assignment Notebook, email it to yourself and save it) IF THE FORM DOESN'T LOAD BELOW CLICK HERE TO ACCESS IT
Due to safety:
No backpacks or Cell Phones are allowed in the locker rooms.
Please keep them in your hall locker and only bring the items you need for class into the locker room with you, including your Chromebooks

Spin knob to the right a few times to reset and let the locker know you are going to start
Stop at first number carefully (be exact!)
Next go left: circle all the way around, past the first number and THEN stop on the second number
Then go right again to reach the third number
Push the knob in and while holding it, turn to the right until it stops clicking (turn and pull like a door knob)
Finally, you can pull the locker door open
If you close the locker, it automatically locks again
