Follow the step listed on the D303 webpage. Please print the forms and bring the required documents to your appointment with our registrar.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF STUDENT HANDBOOK AND CODE OF CONDUCT: During the registration process, you will be required to read the D303 Student Handbook. By checking the box on the registration page, you are submitting a signature of acknowledgement for the policies and procedures within the handbook. This includes the Extra Curricular Code of Conduct.

Prior to the start of the school year, all students entering 9th grade must have a completed physical form, with the required immunizations, on file with the school nurse. The IHSA Sports Physical Examination does not fulfill the 9th grade requirement.

Home Access Center, PushCoin & ParentLink Information
Registration Fees will be charged to your student’s PushCoin account on July 8, 2025. Your student’s fees will be viewable in their PushCoin account and can be paid by credit/debit card or ACH check.
SPECIFIC COURSE FEES will be charged to your student’s account around Labor Day.
Throughout the school year, you will have the liberty of adding money to your child's Pushcoin account to make purchases in the cafeteria, the School Store, the Snack Shack, etc.
MATERIAL PICK-UP DAYS
Material PIck-Up is designated for incoming sophomores, juniors, and seniors. During this time, you will pick up your parking placard and pay fees (if applicable), set-up your locker (if applicable), take an ID picture, pick up any Homecoming T-shirts (if applicable), have access to the LRC if you need chromebook assistance, etc. This is an opportunity for you to walk our building and practice your anticipated schedule. The School Store will be open for purchasing spirit wear. The counselors will be available on these days if you need to schedule a meeting with your counselor.

FRESHMAN ORIENTATION
Freshman Orientation is a required transition day for our incoming freshman class. During this day, freshman will meet with upperclassmen mentors, meet our administrative team, learn behavior expectations from the deans, take their school ID picture, pick up their Homecoming t-shirt (if applicable), get set-up for the school year with their counselor(s), tour the building, set-up their locker, and otherwise engage in fun activities to get to know their peers and the building. All freshman need to come prepared with their chromebook and charger. More information will be sent by the Office of Student Life throughout the summer via email.

For the 2025-2026 yearbook, we will be using a new Yearbook Website for you to order your yearbook. The yearbook will cost $60.
If you are a junior or senior, you may apply for student parking. All parking information is available on our Dean's Office Website.
All parking applications are due on Thursday, May 29th at 11:59pm.
PARKING FEES FOR JUNIORS & SENIORS WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR STUDENT’S PUSHCOIN ACCOUNT (IF ASSIGNED A PARKING TAG) BEFORE MATERIALS PICK-UP.

ATHLETICS
All Athletic information, IHSA Sports Physical Form, sports registration and Sports Fees must be completed online via our Athletic Website.

PTO: The PTO promotes and encourages communication among parents, teachers, administration, and the community. PTO is involved in many school events, such as Staff Appreciation, Post Prom, Senior Signs and Back to School Night. Your annual family dues are payable as an OPTIONAL FEE on PUSHCOIN or via check addressed to SCN PTO. The PTO has set a goal to continue these family and student programs each year and your dues help them do that. For questions, information, and how to sign up to participate, please go to the North PTO Website.
ATHLETIC BOOSTERS: We invite you to become a member of the St. Charles North Athletic Boosters, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. The Boosters are comprised of parents, staff, alumni and friends who are committed to support and enhance all sports at North. If you are interested in joining our Athletic Booster program, please visit the North Athletic Booster Website.
Season Membership passes provides admission to both SCN and St. Charles East regular season home games only (excludes tournaments and post-season playoffs). By purchasing these passes the funds go to the St. Charles North Athletic Booster Club which directly benefits the athletes and teams. The Athletic Booster Membership Season Passes are mobile passes and will be available for purchase on our GoFan Website.
FRIENDS OF MUSIC BOOSTERS: The St. Charles North Music Boosters are dedicated to supporting the SCN Music Department and the hundreds of students who participate in its various band, choir, and orchestra groups. For more information about our support, visit the Friends of Music Website.
