Guests
If you are bringing a guest from another school to the dance, you will need to have an approved Guest Pass for your guest to enter the dance. You MAY NOT purchase your ticket until you COMPLETE the Guest Pass. Guest Passes will be kept on file by your DEAN once completed in order to guarantee your guest entrance into PROM & POST PROM.
The Guest Passes will require the signature of your guest’s school’s dean,
so give yourself plenty of time to get that done.
Only Juniors and Seniors may purchase Prom & Post Prom tickets.
Tickets for Prom 2025 are $85/person.
Tickets for Post Prom 2025 are $20/person.
All attendees must have their Student ID & ticket (receipt) to enter.
Tickets include a plated meal - meal choice is made on PushCoin.
School Dance expectations:
Prom 2025 will be 6:00-10:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 26
Once the event begins, no student will be admitted after 7:00 p.m.
Open seating – best choice of seats 6:00-6:30 p.m. Serving begins at 6:45 p.m.
Tickets include a plated meal – select entrée on PushCoin.
No tickets will be sold at the door.
No student will be allowed to return after they have left the event.
Students attending St. Charles East High School dances must present a current student I.D. at the door with the ticket receipt.
The guest pass explains these dance expectations and guest policies to the guest’s parent/guardian.
No guest over the age of 20 years will be admitted into dances.
Middle school students will not be admitted as a participant or as a guest.
East students may only bring one guest.
On the evening of the dance, the guest and their date will show proper identification (school I.D. or driver's license). The East student and guest must arrive and leave together.
No person shall come to the dance under the influence, or in possession of drugs or alcohol. Anyone violating this expectation is subject to arrest and appropriate school consequences.
