D303 United is a Special Olympics team for district elementary and middle school age children.
We started in the spring of 2016 with 21 athletes participating in two sport seasons, track and bowling.
Soon after, we added basketball, bocce and soccer and our participant numbers continue to grow. At almost every practice we repeat the Special Olympics oath, “Let me win, but if I cannot win let me be brave in the attempt.“ If you ever have the opportunity to attend one of our practices or events, you will witness the bravery of our athletes in every attempt! We are so privileged to support these athletes, and to celebrate every athletic success and every attempt.
