The topic turns to view only after the the end.
Click on the grid.
Next to the topic, click the pencil.
Scroll down to Topic Status.
Select your freeze date.
Click Update Topic.
You still have access to the topic, but the students don't.
Click on the grid.
Next to the topic, click Actions.
Click Hide Topic.
To make topic visible again, click on the caret next to Hidden. Choose Active.
Don't think you'll need a grid or topic anymore?
Click Actions.
Click Delete Grid or Topic.
Keep them for a later date. Students cannot access them.
Click on the three dots of the padlet you wish to archive.
Click Archive.
Find archived padlets in the Archived menu.
Not ready to delete or archive? Student can't post without approval.
Click into the padlet.
Click the settings cog.
Under Content Filtering, toggle off and on Require Approval.
Don't need them anymore? Just delete them.
Click on the three dots of the Padlet you wish to delete.
Click Delete.
Confirm that you want to delete the Padlet.
Lock classes to prevent students from joining it or retaking assignments.
Click My Classes.
Select the class you wish to lock.
Click Class Options.
Click Lock Class.
Not ready to delete or lock ? Delete students who no longer need access.
Click My Classes.
Select the class you wish to containing the students you wish to delete.
Click the students tab.
Select the students you wish to delete or Select All.
Remove from Class
Don't need classes anymore?
Just delete them.
Click My Classes.
Select the class you wish to lock.
Click Class Options.
Click Delete Class.
Hover over a lesson with your cursor.
Student Paced Box appears, click on it.
Click on the Calendar next to the lesson, change the date to the next day or end of the semester to remove access.
Hover over a lesson with your cursor.
Click on 3 Dots.
Make a Copy.
Save and Exit the copied lesson and rename with date.
Hover over copied lesson and click 3 dots to choose a folder to keep all lessons for the next year in one location.
Go to Google Drive.
Locate your Kami Assignments or Kami Schoology Assignments folder.
Right click on the file and click on Share.
Change the Share settings to that students are no longer an editor.
