Archived Courses in Schoology:

Courses from e-School are auto-archived in Schoology after the grading period ends.
Students can no longer submit work to archived courses, they can only view materials.
You can still transfer MATERIALS and GRADEBOOK SETUP items to future courses from the archived courses.
If you have student Incompletes, bookmark your archived courses for quick access. Click Here for Incomplete recommendations.
Access to archived courses via the Schoology App on iOS and Android are no longer functional for students or staff.

Locating Archived Courses

The sections must be within the same Course.
The sections must be associated with the same grading period.
Enrollment must be unique across the linked sections. There cannot be any overlap in the students.
The sections must have the same Course Admins. (Add co-teachers after the linking.)
Link courses BEFORE any grades have been issued.
