Please make sure your students have pencils for class, especially for math.
First quarter report cards will be emailed on Tuesday, October 28. Report card information can also be viewed via the PowerSchool Parent Portal at https://ps.d300.org/public
On October 30th students will be allowed to wear costumes to school and the costumes must meet these guidelines.
Tuesday - HHS Band Field Trip (For 8th Grade Band Students attending HHS next year)
Thursday- Fall Fest 3:45-5:30pm, detailed information is below.
Friday - No Student Attendance (Teacher Institute)
Reminder that any middle school student attending a high school football game must have a parent accompany them to the game. For full details please go to the HS Football Game Attendance page.
Fall Fest is a free outdoor event open to all DMS students on Thursday, October 30th from 3:45pm-5:30pm. Please see the Fall Fest Flyer for more information. Special thanks to our DMS Parent Association for organizing this event. The DMS Parent Association is looking for adult and high school student volunteers to assist with Fall Fest on October 30. View and select your School Portrait for use in the Yearbook and/or Class Picture before Retake Day!*
*The final deadline is two weeks after retake day; if you do not select an image VIP will choose the pose to use in the Yearbook and/or Class Picture for you.
To view your student’s school portrait look for an email sent to you by “Visual Image Photography”, or go to vipis.com (student ID number may be required)
Retake photos will be added to your online image gallery approximately 7-10 days after photo day

Mark your calendars for Thursday, November 6th, because Jacobs High School is hosting the annual Pathway and Career Fair! This amazing opportunity is open to all D300 students in 6th through 12th grade.
The evening kicks off with important college and career readiness breakout sessions starting at 5:30 PM which will run every 30 minutes until 8 PM. The main Career Fair will be open from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. You will need to know or have your student ID number ready to enter the fair, so please come prepared!
We expect over 75 community organizations, local employers, and technical training programs to be in attendance. This is your chance to ask questions and explore various career fields! You will also find dedicated school counselors and representatives from many of D300's Pathway Programs and Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs of study.
