As group leader, it is your responsibility to organize who will sit at your table of up to 10 students and to make sure everyone in your group gives you a copy of their receipt.
If you are the table leader you will need to:
1. Collect all receipts, and guest approval forms for students outside JHS.
2. Fill out the Prom Bus Sign-Up 2025 found in the Dean's Office.
3. Organize all online receipts in the order of the names written down on the "Prom Bus Sign-Up 2025" form.
4. Turn in all forms to Mrs. Swanson and Mrs. Zoellner during all lunch periods on Friday, April 11th.Â
*Remember: If you have no preference to who you would like to be assigned to the same bus as you, we ill assign you to a bus but, we still need you to complete the "Prom Bus Sign Up Form 2026" with your name as the group leader. If your group fails to complete all forms by April 11th, your group risks being split up on different buses.
