On this website you will find information you need regarding Prom 2025.
You can only attend Prom if you are currently a Junior or Senior. If you are an underclassman, you may only attend with either a Junior or Senior. Underclassmen also need to fill out the guest form that is located in the dean's office.
This year's prom will be held at Pinstripes in Oakbrook on Saturday, April 26th from 6pm-10:30pm. Tickets will be sold on the D300 Webstore from Wednesday, March 12th to Monday, April 7th. The prom theme is "A Night in Paris." Tickets are $115 per ticket.
Students will need arrive at the Athletic Entrance at HDJ at 4:15pm. Students will have the option to go to the Competition gym for photos or go straight to the Field House to check in with their assigned chaperone. Buses will arrive back to Jacobs around 11:30pm.

Prom Checklist
Step 1. Read the Prom Expectations and Purchase your ticket(s). If you are bringing a guest (non- HDJ student or a Jacobs student who is a 9th or 10th grader) pick up the Guest Form in the Dean's Office and have it turned in to the Dean's Office by Friday, March 28th DO NOT PURCHASE A TICKET FOR YOUR GUEST UNTIL THE GUEST FORM IS APPROVED.
Step 3. Figure out who you would like to sit with on a bus (up to 10 people) and designate someone as a group leader. *If you are unsure of who to sit with, you can write your name as a group leader and we will add you to any bus.
Step 4. The table leader needs to complete the "Prom Bus Sign-Up 2025" form in the Dean's Office and collect the receipts for each person that will be sitting at the table.
Step 5. The group leader needs to organize the receipts in the order that names are written on the "Prom Bus Sign-Up 2025" form.
Step 6. The group leader will turn in the "Prom Bus Sign-Up 2025" with all receipts to the prom table in the commons during all lunch period on Friday, April 11th.
Step 7. Check back on the Prom Google Site for bus information on Tuesday, April 22nd
Price: $115 per person (Non-Refundable!)
The ticket price includes transportation, an "American Feast" Buffet, DJ/Photo booth access, Bocce Ball, and Bowling. Socks will be provided for bowling.
Online ticket sales will begin on Wednesday, March 12th and go until Monday, April 7th. You will purchase online tickets via the D300 Web Store Link.
If you do not have internet access at home, you can use the laptop kiosks located in the Jacobs High School main office. In addition to this, you may pay by cash or check by turning it in to Mrs. Sanabria in the Dean's Office during all lunch periods.
The last day to purchase tickets is Monday, April 7th.
PLEASE NOTE: NO PHYSICAL TICKETS ARE GIVEN OUT. WHEN STUDENTS ARRIVE AT JHS FOR PROM, THEY WILL CHECK IN WITH THEIR BUS CHAPERONE.
In order to bring a non-HDJ student or underclassman to prom, you will need to complete a guest form. All forms must be turned into the Dean’s office no later than Friday, March 28th by 3:00pm. No guest permission forms will be accepted after that date! Guest permission forms can be found in the Dean’s Office or by using this attachment. DO NOT PURCHASE A TICKET UNTIL YOUR GUEST FORM IS APPROVED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. The steps are clearly laid out on the guest form prior to buying a ticket for a guest.
Each group of friends or couple, needs to designate a person as the group leader. The group leader is responsible for organizing and turning in the information needed to ensure that you and your friends are assigned to th same bus. The group leader will collect all receipts, complete the "Prom Bus Sign-Up 2025" form, and turn in the form along with the receipts into Mrs. Swanson and Mrs. Zoellner during lunch periods on Friday, April 11th. The group leader is the student that is contacted if information is missing or needs to be delivered to the rest of the group.
