NYCDOE Pre-K Centers are unique learning environments dedicated exclusively to Pre-K students, led and operated by NYCDOE staff.  Our District 25 Pre-K Centers strives to create a warm, secure and safe environment for children and families to learn and grow together. Our emphasis on family involvement programs sets the foundation for education to be a valued and a life-long process for everyone.  Our teachers are committed to engaging children in meaningful activities through hands-on exploration and developmentally appropriate learning.  Both locations, Whitestone and College Point, are under the supervision and administration of the District 25 Pre-K Center Principal, Jennifer Lucas.
