About Niles North eSports
Established in 2020, the Niles North eSports team was created to both develop and empower youth competition in video games. Niles North was among the first Illinois schools to join the IHSEA, compete in the Socal Fall Festival of 2020 and establish a presence in district 219 as a strong competitor in eSports. This team and the success of our school are owed to our amazing students.
The mission of the Niles North eSports team is to cultivate formidable competitors who embody resilience and integrity, both in triumph and adversity.
We believe that true strength lies in unwavering sportsmanship and kindness.
The IHSEA is the primary local league for Illinois High School eSports. This league operates under a season schedule, with different games being playable during different times of the year.
An online based competitive platform new for the 2024 - 2025 season. This league allows for year round competition for all games on the platform with built in stat tracking and scrimmaging.
