You created your account using your Niles North email address. If you are unable to remember your password and no longer have access to your email account, you will have to contact Parchment Support to reset your account. However, if you remember your password, please be sure to update your email address information within your Parchment account profile.
If you require an official transcript for a college/university, it must be sent directly to the school.
You can also order the transcript to be delivered to your home by U.S. Mail, but it must remain in the sealed envelope.
