April M. Stallworth is a Respected Leader, Public Speaker, Executive Administrative
Professional, and Visionary. She teaches life strategies that transform. She provides
group coaching services, training workshops, and speaks before religious and secular
organizations. April has worked extensively with high school students, single and teen
parents in low-income and under-served regions, and women all of ages and
backgrounds. Her teachings are focused on finding your purpose, maintaining work/life
balance, overcoming fear, healthy relationships, winning success principles, and
practicing good, holistic self-care. April is also considered a subject matter expert on
issues of racial equity, reconciliation, and a host of social justice topics.
April is equally well-known and passionate about Helping Empower Administrative
professionals through Resources and Training. The H.E.A.R.T program combines April's
30+ years of experience as an Executive Administrative Professional in corporate
America and the nonprofit sector, to provide Administrative Professionals the resources,
training, and coaching they need to take their careers to the next level.
A lifelong learner who truly appreciates the enormous benefits of education, April received
an Associates Degree in Office Management from Raritan Valley Community College, a
Bachelors Degree in Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Master of Arts
degree in Management & Leadership from Liberty University. She is also certified as a
Professional Life Coach. Currently, April is a student at North Park Theological Seminary. She
is pursuing a graduate certificate in Transformative Justice through their School of
Restorative Arts where she takes classes alongside incarcerated students.
A proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, April is originally from the
great state of New Jersey but now resides in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. She is
the boastful mom of one daughter, who is a graduate of The Ohio State University and
is currently pursuing her master's degree at Northwestern University.
Fredrick Jamel Tipton, better known by his stage name Freddie Gibbs, is an American rapper and songwriter. Gibbs later signed with record label CTE World and released a number of mixtapes through the label, including 2012's highly acclaimed Baby Face Killa.
After leaving CTE in 2013, Gibbs formed his own label, ESGN and released his debut studio album, ESGN in June 2013. Since then, he has gone on to release four solo studio albums, as well as four collaborative albums, two with Madlib as MadGibbs: Piñata (2014) and Bandana (2019), and two with The Alchemist: Fetti (2018) (also a collaboration with rapper Currensy) and Alfredo (2020), the latter of which received a Grammy Award nomination for Best Rap Album at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards.
Ganae McAlpin is a Teacher, Instructional Coach, Educational Consultant, and Doctoral student. She grew up on the westside of Chicago and currently lives in Skokie. She has 2 children and teaches at Evanston Township High School.
