Step 2: FILL OUT THIS GOOGLE FORM

Step 3: SAVE YOUR IMAGE WITH PROPER NAME AND SIZE

Step 4: UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE HERE

Step 5: CREATE A SCHOLASTIC ACCOUNT

Click on “COMPLETE PROFILE”

[Fill this out as accurately as you can (you don't have to fill out parent income, etc if you don't want to)]

1. Click on “UPLOAD”
   1. NOTE: If it says your image is TOO big, you need to go back into Photoshop and make your image size SMALLER
   2. NOTE: You CANNOT put half sizes in image size, so ROUND UP (i.e. you can't put 7.5in so put 8in)
   3. Make sure you select Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator (whatever program you used), You can also list Nikon D3000 for MATERIALS
2. For WORK SOURCES
   1. Check: “My own observations, ideas, and imagination”
   2. If you also check IMAGES OR WRITING FROM THE INTERNET, make sure in the below box you write that your images are copyright free from Flickr Creative Commons, Vecteezy, etc.
3. Check the Authorship and Plagiarism box

Step 6: PRINT OUT A COPY OF THE ONLINE FORM

Step 7: TURN IT IN TO ME WITH MONEY OR PAYMENT RECEIPT
