Requirements:
1. Find a college or university to which you think you might want to apply that requires a Common App essay or a Coalition App essay. You must follow the requirements of the essay prompt.
2. Place the prompt with an identifying tag (Common App Prompt: or Coalition App Prompt:) at the top of your document. Make one return and begin your essay.
3. Your writing must be engaging and germane.
4. You should address the prompt in both a personal and a universal way.
5. You should address how the lessons learned from your experiences will inform your life in the future.
6. Follow formatting standards.
7. You must submit it to Canvas.
