Homecoming is a WHS-sponsored activity, prioritizing the safety of all participants. All D214 rules apply. Please see School Handbook for any questions.
WHS students are required to communicate all the rules to their guests.
For Non-WHS students attending as guests, students must complete and submit Guest Forms to the Attendance Office by 3 pm on September 12th.
Students are prohibited from purchasing tickets for unapproved guests. Approval may take 24-48 hours.
To check into Homecoming, all attendees must present their online ticket and phsyical ID (not a photo).
Attendees are not permitted to exit and re-enter at any time during this event for any reason.
Attendees will not be able to go to their vehicle for any reason.
Attendees and their belongings may be subjected to search upon entry and throughout the event.
Attendees are not allowed to bring the following into the dance: backpacks, bags, masks, glow sticks, canes, walking sticks, and any other accessories that could be used as a weapon.
Slam dancing, shoulder-riding, mosh-pits, inappropriate treatment of others, and violent behavior will not be permitted.
WHS prohibits the consumption or use of alcoholic beverages and drugs, regardless of age.
Homecoming is strictly smoke-free, regardless of age. No smoking or vaping allowed in or on the grounds.
Students under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other controlled substances will be required to leave immediately. Parents will be called to pick-up the student and appropriate disciplinary measures will be taken. Additional disciplinary measures may be taken, including suspension or withdrawal from graduation ceremonies.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
All attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event. Parking is available on site.
All attendees must leave the property prompty at 10:00 pm.
