STUDENT TRIPS & OVERNIGHT TRAVEL:

All overnight student travel needs D214 approval prior to booking any lodging, transportation, etc. If you are planning on traveling with students (not field trips), please take a moment to review the timeline and requirements in the approval form linked above.

After submission:

• If your request is approved, you will receive an email with a PDF for your responses. 

• Upon approval, staff would follow up with the appropriate next steps (for example: p- card authorization forms / credit card authorization, etc.)
