When starting a new file, you will have a wizard that is very easy to use. However once you click continue you can NEVER go back to it. This is important because things like having a basement, and the heights of your rooms are then set for the whole house and cannot be changed.

You can always add rooms later, but you do this by using the wall tool.

Make sure to save (give it a name). You cannot save from the wizard area.
