A District 15 Chromebook is not required to participate in summer learning, however, if you do not have access to any other device, and need to check out a District Chromebook to participate in virtual summer learning, we ask that you please fill out the form below to reserve a Chromebook for District 15 summer learning use.

This form will need to be filled out for each student in your family that you would like to reserve a Chromebook for. You will receive an email or text with further instructions about Chromebook pick-up the week of June 28th.
