Dear Independence Families, 

Country House could not be more excited to be providing school lunches to your children this year!  We hope that all of you are excited as well! Here is a little information about the meals and new ordering process.   

 We specialize in cooking homemade, from scratch foods on-site.  The lunch we serve to your children is made fresh daily in the Country House Restaurant’s kitchen!!!  Our lunch menus are highlighted by our restaurant quality specials.  We focus on using whole, fresh ingredients to create meals that will both excite and satisfy your children.  In our kitchens you will see things like fresh produce, unprocessed meats, whole grains, and even our own family made olive oil.  We treat your children as we treat our own!  As the year progresses, we will be consistently updating the menu and offering new choices and a wide variety, while maintaining the highest quality by using fresh ingredients and home-style recipes.
