Special Eduation

Grayslake Community High School provides all students with disabilities a free and appropriate public education. Student's parents/guardians serve as team members with the public school in determining eligibility for and provision of special education services. Once a student has been found eligible for special education and/or related services, an individualized education program is developed to determine the extent of services appropriate for that student. It is the responsibility of this multi-disciplinary team to determine the most appropriate educational placement in the least restrictive environment.
