Perform each drill down and back (about 15 feet)
Low QUICK crossovers
Between the leg cross (Right hand)
Between the leg cross (Left hand)
Pound, in and out, cross
Cross, cross, through the legs
Through the leg, behind the back, cross
Form Shooting
10 makes in front of rim
16 Mikans
If miss go back up immediately
16 Reverse Mikans
If miss go back up immediately
Step-In Elbow Jumpers
5 makes each elbow. Stepping in on every shot
3’s
Make 2 in a row from each of the 5 spots
Free Throws
2 and rotate (make 10)
5 one dribble pullups at 5 spots (alternate going left and right) (25 total makes)
Jab step and shoot 15 footers (25 total makes)
Catch and shoot 3pt shots (either self toss or have a rebounder pass to you) (25 total makes) OR your range if not comfortable from 3 yet
Off the move 3pt shots (either self toss or have a rebounder pass to you) (25 total makes) OR your range if not comfortable from 3 yet
Complete this wing series 5 times through of 3 makes on both sides of the floor
Self modify your workout to your position and skill set. For example, if you are a post player you should incorporate post finishes. Also, please utilize the videos that I have posted on this website. I have identified those as great drills for our program.
