Nuclear battle between nations has led to the complete and total collapse of modern society as we know it. As a result, before the complete collapse of the surface, government agencies around the world started to build and create underground cities and bunkers which connected with each other through underground train passageways. Due to a collapse in one of the train tunnels by UNUA (USA National Underground Agency) #11 The citizens of the underground city are facing massive food shortages and structural collapses in some of the portions. Some of the lower class citizens of the underground city have been forced to steal food from manufacturing facilities, stores, restuarants, and higher income families. The government, which is mainly funded by the wealthy class, started to initiate increased surveillance over the lower income portion of the town and started to further tighten up security preventing them from collecting food. The low income portion as a source of retaliation started to organize into raid groups whose goal was to steal food at a larger scale and share with those who need it most. These raids sparked major political and physical tension between government groups and raid members whose identities remain hidden. The official UNUA #1 plans to organize a group to clear the tunnel and resume services but it will take two months to complete. While the poverty stricken fight for food, water and their survival. The rich enjoy their large portions, clean drinking water and a clean space to live but without access to any resources the poor face the scariest idea of starvation.
