Welcome to Loot Lake
Name: The Town of Loot Lake
Population: 400
Established: 1880

History:
Loot Lake is a quaint town located in Southern Utah. Loot Lake is best known for a grand lake that is the heart of the town. The town center is located on the lake’s edge and local families live around the lake. There is one conspicuous mansion that was built more recently on the island in the center of the lake. There is a forest and some hilly land on the outskirts of town. Unfortunately the town is going through a dry season and while you can still swim in the lake, the water is drying up and the forest is looking a little dull.
Rumor has it that the town was established after the famous Royal Merchant Ship was sunk by pirates and the pirates stored the treasures of the ship onto tiny boats and made it through the waterways from the ocean to their final destination Loot Lake.
Loot Lake is making the news for there have been some strange occurrences in and around town including the washing to shore of some interesting items that give rise to the town rumor of fortunes to be found. Since the drought started, the water levels are lowering which might be why these “lost” items have been creeping up to the shoreline.
Do be careful if you are visiting Loot Lake though because strange symbols have been appearing around town, and people have been disappearing. The town has yet to determine where these people have gone and if they will return. Maybe they are getting too close to fortune or maybe something more sinister is arise...
