Town Reestablished in 1999

History: 

Willsborrow once was a sleepy town with not much going on, but a group of 5 murderers who met at a hunting club, who developed a friendship and  a distates for the current government decided to start a new town with their own rules.  They got 5 more people to join them and they becamse the Elites. They reestablished the town Willsoborrow in 1999 .  Bored, they created a game ....

Rules of the game:

1. The game master will create a new game each round

2. The game must not be discovered by the townspeople

3. Murderers and playing Elites will be given a charge to murder a townsperson

4. If a murderer is caught, they will be sentenced to the Asylum for life

5. The murderer who wins may win Elite Status which includes entry to the players club
