Box Office: Regular box office hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. in the Marshall Performing Arts Center Lobby (1215 Ordean Court) when classes are in session from September through April. Performance box office hours begin 90 minutes before the event at the performance venue. Will-call tickets can be picked up during regular box office hours or during performance box office hours.
Refund/Exchange Policy:
Tickets for all School of Fine Arts events are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for the same production only, prior to the performance. Tickets for missed events cannot be exchanged.
House Rules:
Food and drink are prohibited in the Marshall Performing Arts Center theatres and Weber Music Hall. Please turn off all electronic devices, cell phones, pagers, and other alarms. Absolutely no photography, audio recording, or video recording is permitted. Smoking and chewing tobacco and the use of electronic cigarettes are prohibited on all UMD property.
Seating:
Doors generally open for seating 30 minutes prior to the performance. For general admission performances, patrons must be seated 15 minutes prior to the curtain time. Any open seats may be sold at that time.
Latecomer Seating:
We reserve the right to not seat latecomers. No late seating for performances in the Dudley Experimental Theatre.

Access:
Wheelchair seating is available upon request. Please reserve in advance by calling the box office or purchasing online. Theatre Sunday matinees are ASL-interpreted. Audio description is available upon request with a two-week notice for Theatre productions.
Parking:
FREE parking after 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and all day on weekends in lot G (pay lot), gold lots, maroon lots, white lots & at meters. See d.umn.edu/parking for more details and information on limited overnight parking.
