SCSE College wide and SCSE Engineering applications closed on March 15, 2024. Students will be notified via email in the spring if they have or have not received a college wide or engineering scholarship.

CEAM 2024-2025 Scholarships
The 2024 City Engineers Association of Minnesota (CEAM) Scholarship application can be found at this link. The CEAM scholarship committee will provide five $3,750 scholarships in 2024. We ask that students apply whose focus is in areas that are most closely aligned with city engineering (transportation, water resources and environmental - sanitary and water systems). The application deadline is April 30, 2024. Applications should be sent directly to John Sachi at WSB, via email to jsachi@wsbeng.com

AGC Minnesota 2024/25 Scholarship
The Associated General Contractors 2024/25 Scholarship application is now available. You can find it here, middle of page. Notice we have added another scholarship…we continue with the Charles S. McCrossan Scholarship and have added the Kraus-Anderson Insurance Scholarship. Application deadline is Friday, May 17, 2024.
AWPA- MN College Scholarships
Each year the Minnesota Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA-MN) awards scholarships to students pursuing public works-related degrees. They are now receiving applications for the 2024-2025 academic year. One $5,000 and five $3000 scholarships will be awarded.
Applications are due May 24, 2024 by 4:30pm.

The Engineering Education Foundation of America (EEFA) wants to help fund your education as an engineer or land surveyor; our Scholarship Program awards more than $30000 per year to students pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree at accredited institutions.* Students can apply all year round. There will be two Application review periods (1 in the Spring and 1 in the Fall). More details on review times will be sent to you once we receive your Application.

MN Society of Professional Engineers Scholarship Opportunity
The Southwest Chapter of the Minnesota Society of Professional Engineers is pleased to announce the availability of a scholarship to be given out this spring to a qualified engineering student(s). This linked letter contains additional information as well as the scholarship application. Applications are due by Friday, April 12, 2024, so the award can be made by June 30, 2024.
2024 SWE-MN Scholarship Program
The Minnesota Section of the Society of Women Engineers is excited to announce 18 tuition-based scholarships for undergraduate women studying engineering or computer science at schools in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. See the application form and judging criteria for all scholarships offered through our SWE-MN program. Applications must be submitted by 11:59 PM on Saturday, March 30, 2024 to be considered.
The MSES Annual Scholarship Program awards scholarships to deserving college students who demonstrate strong academic performance along with an interest in working in the Minnesota transportation infrastructure industry. Since 1953, MSES has provided over 1.3 million dollars to more than 1,100 college students. The 2024-2025 scholarship application is available at mses.org and is due March 10, 2023. Now extended to April 5th!
Powder Coating Institute (PCI) Scholarships
The Powder Coating Institute (PCI), a non-profit organization established to promote powder coating technology in North America, is currently accepting applications for its 2024 scholarship program. Created to attract bright, young talent into the powder coating industry, the PCI scholarship program is open to students who are pursuing studies in fields related to powder coating such as polymer science, manufacturing, engineering, business management, and sales/marketing. Deadline for application is March 15, 2024, and all applications must be submitted online.
Anthony Ihedoha Anaebere, Sr. Memorial Scholarship
The Anthony Ihedoha Anaebere, Sr. Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to one Nigerian-born or first generation Nigerian American student pursuing engineering studies in the United states of America. For this year they will be awarding one $1,000 scholarship. Available to High School Seniors, Undergraduate or Graduate Students. Application Deadline: Friday, February 23, 2024. Aggregate Ready Mix Association Scholarship
The Aggregate Ready Mix Association is again awarding two $2000 scholarships for undergraduate students: civil engineering or construction management AND geology or construction management. See the application here. Application deadline is November 7, 2023. ARM’s Scholarship Committee shall review submittals with a decision and notification of winners by November 20, 2023.
MCEA Scholarship
The Minnesota County Engineers Association (MCEA) is excited to offer their annual Civil Engineering Scholarship opportunity for the 2023-2024 academic year. See the linked scholarship application, instructor recommendation form, and a flyer that includes information related to the scholarship. All forms must be received by October 25, 2023.
Engineering Alliance Minnesota Scholarship Opportunity

ASCE Duluth - 2023 Scholarship Application
ASCE Duluth will be awarding three - $1,500 scholarships to students in the civil engineering field. The deadline for the scholarship application is Friday, March 10, 2023. See scholarship guidelines and application for more information.
Bill and Shireen Kirk Scholarship
The Asphalt Institute Foundation is pleased to announce the Bill and Shireen Kirk Scholarship for 2023. More than $70,000 in scholarship funds has been awarded to students from across the United States since 2020. The Application deadline is March 1, 2023.
NOAA Hollings Undergraduate Scholarship
Minnesota Sea Grant is excited to share the 2023 NOAA Hollings Undergraduate Scholarship opportunity. This is both a scholarship and an internship opportunity. The scholarship funds two years (up to $9,500 per year) of full-time study and a 10-week, full-time paid ($700/week) internship at a National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) facility during the summer. ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems) - MN is pleased to announce that they are accepting 2023 scholarship applications! MCC Scholarships
Applications for the Minnesota Concrete Council's Scholarship Program are now available for download from the MCC website. Applications are due December 1, 2023. Scholarships are available for construction management students, students enrolled in the Concrete Industry Management program at SDSU, and for engineering, geological, or material sciences students. Scholarship amounts can vary from $1,000 to $4,000.
The WTS Minnesota scholarships are competitive and are based on the applicant’s specific transportation goals, academic record, and transportation-related activities or job skills. Applicants of varying backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Financial need is not a primary consideration.
