The Office of Field Support, together with the NYC Borough and Citywide Offices are proud to launch the Unified Professional Learning system (UP Learning). UP Learning allows any member of the Borough / Citywide Office (B/CO) community to create, publish, manage, and report on professional learning opportunities for school and field staff.
Chancellor’s Regulation A-443: Student Discipline Special Focus on SAVE Legislation
CR A-443 includes NY SAVE Legislation requirements and outlines:
• Early intervention and prevention techniques
• Individuals with Disabilities Education Act protections (IDEA)
• Disciplinary Procedures: Removal of students from the classroom by teachers Principal’s Suspensions Superintendent’s Suspensions
• Suspension appeal procedures
• Reporting and recording procedures

An ILT is a collaborative team dedicated to leading instructional improvement.
The ILT drives instructional change across the school by developing, facilitating, and monitoring a plan for instructional improvement in alignment with the DOE’s Instructional Leadership Framework, ensuring every student’s learning experience is considered.
The SDC shall collaboratively review, consider and develop the schoolbased professional development that is offered during the Professional Development block to be relevant to all participating staff-members, supportive of pedagogical practices and programs at the school and reasonable to prepare and complete during the Professional Development block
Virtual Content Team creates a variety of instructional resources that are available for schools and teachers to use at their discretion to support their school’s shared, inclusive, digital curriculum, where available, these instructional resources can support schools in ensuring continuity of learning for all students within their schools, regardless of the model in which students are learning, when paired thoughtfully with the school’s curriculum.
