Connect to the ESM server
run command "vi /opt/arcsight/manager/config/server.properties"
search for the agent.threads.max property
edit it to the relevant amount based on the general guide lines above.
save and quit the file.
stop the manager service using the following command "/etc/init.d/arcsight_services stop manager"
start the manager service using the following command "/etc/init.d/arcsight_services start manager"
