Dear Customer, we are happy to introduce you to our Mobula Platform Management application (MPM).
With the Mobula Platform Management application you have the ability to manage your entities, actions, alerts and more from anywhere you are.
This Guide will take you through all the features that the application gives.
At first login you will need to choose one of the providers that your organization uses and your account has been created on.
The credentials are based on your organization's policy so just use your connection method.
After a successful Login, you will see the loading screen. When the sync finishes, you will need to choose your Platform.
If you don't see this step, just go to the “Options menu” (top left corner) and navigate to Settings. Here, you will find your list of platforms. Choose the one you wish to manage and click Save.
Click on the top left icon to access the Options menu.
Here you can find all entities users that are supposed to have access to the Mobula app.
Here, you can configure your entity stage, view rule actions by stage, and view overall information about the entity.
All Platform rules that are available for your platform based on entities connected products.

Find information about rule stage actions for each entity.
You can add, edit, and delete new/existing actions and stages.
Information about connectors by entities.
Information about all available kits for your platform and the option to download them.
Red - Need to Update kit
White - up-to-date kit.
Only the kits that needed to be updated
Used to manually upload a CSV file to update the “Kits Status” list, in case the service is not working automatically.
In order to get this CSV file you will need access to ESM.

Information about connected products by entities.
[Comming soon] Request to add a new entity.
Available actions and an option to see where and how they are configured on every entity.
Configure who will get audit notifications about changes made in the platform environment.
Configure which entity will get notifications about every change made to him (rules, actions etc…)
Change between platforms.
Here you will configure entity actions, actions for rule stages, and find basic information about each entity.
Required:
Mobula Admin Platform permission on Mobula MPM.

Entity Stage
At the first entity connection, you will need to set the entity stage (Active/PoC/Learning) so you can start receiving alerts from ESM.
Choose one of your entities
Click on Entity stage - NO STAGE
3. Choose one of the following stages
Active
Learning
PoC
Suspended
Disabled
4. Click save

Related Connectors Installeds
It is a list of connectors installed for the entity.
Related Platform action by stage
Define which stage of rules each action will get.
Our best practice is to check the overall alerts count before configuring an action to avoid spamming the entity with a high number of alerts.
Available Actions
Mobula DB - will send alerts to Mobula application to be viewed there
Mobula Mail Service - will send alerts to entities mailboxes that you configured.
Arcsight SOAR - will send alerts to the soar (Only for arcsight soar)
Mobula App - will send push notifications to application users.
Example:
To send alerts in “Active stage” to entity by mail, just click on “Add” at Related Platform action by stage section.
Stage - Choose the desired rule stage (Active).
Action - Mobula Mail Service
Save.
Pay attention that the mail address for sending alerts is configured to each entity.
Entity Audit Notifications
Configure who will receive notifications about any change to the entity in the Platform level.
Related Entity Rule Actions
Configure a particular rule to make some action.
Connected Products
View entities connected products.
Related Entity Rule Stages
View all the rules that have a custom rule stage.
