Our cafe doors are finally open! Our students have worked so hard to prepare for this moment! On the days that we are open for service, our students are prepping, preparing, making, and serving food to our teachers and staff!

We have been working closely with our Environmental Center here on campus, Tierra del Sol, to produce farm-to-table recipes! Below are some of the foods that our students have made so far! Feel free to make these at home and practice!
