PAPER SUBMISSIONS & IMPORTANT DATES
Paper Submissions
Prospective authors are invited to submit papers for oral presentation. Either short or full papers in English will be accepted, and the length of the paper should not exceed 6 pages (short) or 12 pages (long). A maximum of 14 pages (Springer's LNCS style – the Latex style only for camera-ready version). The registration of at least one author is required for the accepted paper to be included in the proceedings. At least one author of each accepted submission should present and attend the workshop.

Publication
All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings (a volume of Springer’s LNAI-Lecture Notes in Communications in Computer and Information Science), provided that at least one author presents the paper in the conference.
The best papers will be selected for a special issue (TBA).
The papers should be prepared according to the Springer LNCS format and should be submitted in PDF format through the conference submission page.
Submitted papers shall be with novel research contributions or surveys with innovative perspectives, which are not submitted elsewhere, and can be of two types: regular (full-length) papers should not exceed (14) pages in length, whereas short papers should not exceed six (6) pages (for novel contributions only).
Submitted papers will be subject to a double-blind review process and will be peer-reviewed by at least two members of the track Program Committee. It is the responsibility of authors to remove names and affiliations from the submitted papers, and to take reasonable care to assure anonymity during the review process.
Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their papers.
