How to Join Sessions

To use Meet, sign in to Classroom with your CWCS school account.

Your account looks like: StudentID#@cwcharter.org. Example: John Do, Student ID# 54321 Email is: 54321@cwcharter.org

1. Go to classroom.google.com.
2. Click the class (or the "+" to add a new class for first time users)
3. Enter the Session Code found on the Live Session Schedule page at the top of each grade level.
4. Choose an option:
   • On the Stream page, at the top, click the Meet link.
   • On the Classwork page, at the top, click Meet .
   • On an announcement or post, click the link for the class video meeting.
5. (Optional) To allow Meet to use your camera and microphone, click Allow.
6. In Meet, at the top, make sure you’re signed in with your school account. To switch accounts, click Switch account select the Classroom account.
7. To join the class video meeting, click Join now.
