• Arrive no later than 8:30pm to the venue. All students must be checked-in by 9pm, however, to get the most out of your prom experience, make sure you arrive as close to 7pm as you can.

• Prom attendees will not be allowed to leave the venue until 10:15pm (after coronation)

  • • • • • If there is an emergency and you need to leave early, please see any administrator or Mrs. Romero for assistance.

• There is a DRIVE UP DROP OFF. Be ready to shine with red carpet photos by @mcaproductions

• There is a parking structure across the street from the venue. Check back to see if there will be a charge.

• There will be a breathalyzer and metal detector at Prom. 

• EVERYONE ATTENDING PROM MUST BRING A CURRENT PHOTO I.D.

  • • • • • Student ID card, CA ID card, CA Driver's license, Passport, etc.

• Small purses or clutches are allowed, but larger purses and backpacks are not.

  • ALL bags are subject to search.

• Students and their guests must wear shoes at all times.

• There will not be a coat check. Please keep up with all of your valuable items.

• Please review the activities contract you signed for the dress code/code of conduct. Students not in compliance with dress code/code of conduct may be asked to cover up, change, or leave.

• Do your best to pre-pay for your formal prom picture package at the Student Store. Bring cash if you want to stand in a long line to get your picture taken AFTER all of the pre-paid orders during Prom.

• If you are bringing a guest, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make them aware of our school policies and venue restrictions.

• Once a student and/or guest leaves the venue, he/she/they will NOT be permitted to re-enter. In case of an emergency, staff, safety, or an administrator can accompany the student(s) to and from their vehicle.

Drop by the Student Store to pay for your Prom Photo Package and

avoid the lines at Prom.

Cash only at the Student Store.

Cash only will be accepted the night of Prom.
