GRADUATION DETAILS

When: Wednesday, June 5th
Time: 4pm
Where: Leuzinger High School - Olympian Football Field
Tickets: Every student will receive 4 tickets
- Kids 5 and under DO NOT need a ticket.
- NO extra tickets will be sold. Ask your classmates for extras they aren't going to use

Seniors Last Week

ATTENDANCE WILL BE TAKEN DAILY
Monday, June 3rd (Arrive by 9:00am)
- - Graduation Assembly
  - Graduation Practice
  - Cap & Gown Distribution
    - Rental Cap & Gowns (and paid packages not yet picked up) will be distributed
    - Top 10 students - bring your blue cap & gown to swap for a white one
    - Graduation tickets (wristbands) & honor cords will be distributed as well
    - Dismissal @ 1:45pm
- Tuesday, June 4th (Arrive by 9:00am)
  - - Graduation Practice
    - Senior Picnic - DJ, food, and fun behind the Thompson Gym & inside the Multipurpose Field
    - Dismissal @ 1:45pm
Wednesday, June 5th - (Arrive by 9:00am)
- - - Senior Breakfast - Enjoy food, photo opps, senior video & yearbook signing in the Cafeteria
    - Graduates are expected to be in their cap & gowns in Olympian Gym no later than 2:30pm on June 5th.

NO balloons, noise makers, or umbrellas will be allowed.

We want to make sure everyone has an enjoyable graduation experience.

You will not be able to enter the field with these items.

Cap + Gown Distribution

Seniors have the option to RENT or PURCHASE their cap & gown.

Information was emailed to all Seniors, including flyers.

Cap Decorating

This year, you will be allowed to decorate your caps only if you purchased it.

No more than 2" tall
Must be free of profanity or offensive imagery or language (in any language)

If your cap does not follow the guidelines, you may be required to trade your decorated cap for a plain cap to wear if you still wish to participate in the ceremony.

*NOTE: If you want to get a head start on decorating your cap before your pick up date, the caps are a 9.5" x 9.5" square with a hole in the center for the tassel. Decorating on card stock will allow you to finish your design in plenty of time and just slide it on to attach it when you receive your cap and gown.

Diploma Pick up

Graduates will receive a diploma cover at the graduation ceremony.

The actual diploma can be picked up after graduation, once all fees are cleared.

In order to make the graduation experience enjoyable for everyone, balloons and noise makers (horns, etc.) are not allowed.

Balloons can block the view and noise makers make it difficult to hear the next name being read.

You will not be able to enter the stadium with either of these items.
