Off campus guests must be approved by the admin of the CV student.  Limit one guest per person.  If your guest is from Lawndale, Leuzinger, or Hawthorne, they must purchase their ticket from their home school.  If you are bringing a guest that is not from one of these three schools, please refer below:

Lawndale:   This is the form that must be filled out and signed to purchase an off campus guest ticket.  

Leuzinger:  All Leuzinger students must have this form on file.  Pick up a yellow activities contract from Ms. Romero.

Hawthorne:  Print and complete this contract to purchase an off campus guest ticket.
