Club applications are due on September 4th in order to participate in Club Rush (September 11th)

After you have reviewed the modules in the Canva, you can submit your application Scroll down to see links for the three documents that must be included in your application (adviser acknowledgement, constitution, and budget).

Spirit Wear Store

Represent your Cardinal Spirit by purchasing through this link. A portion of the procedes will allow us to support our Athletic teams.

School Colors - Red / Black / White

Class of 2027 - Orange

Class of 2028 - Yellow

Class of 2029 - Blue

Club Applications

The club applications consist of a google form (contact info, meeting times, and purpose), and three documents. You will need to upload the constitution, the adviser acknowledgment form, and the budget. The three documents are listed below. Each link will prompt you to make a copy that you can then share with your entire board and the adviser.

Have your advisor read and sign this acknowledgment form then submit.

Club Constitution

Email this constitution with all the blanks filled in and the signatures complete.

Budget

Make sure to watch the video on how to create a budget BEFORE completing this budget form.
