• Ticket Pricing (includes food & refreshments): 

  • • 9/11/23 to 9/22/23 = $45 ($40 w/ASB sticker)

    • 9/25/23 to 9/28/23 = $45 ($50 w/ASB sticker)

    • 10/2/23 to 10/6/23 = $50 ($55 w/ASB sticker)

• Dress Code: Semi-formal

You need to submit your application by Wednesday, October 7th.

• 12th Graders ONLY will run for King or Queen

• 9th, 10th, & 11th Graders ONLY will run for Prince or Princess

Before purchasing your ticket, you need to complete this dance contract.

We will check at the dance that you have completed this. 

OFF-CAMPUS GUEST: 

If you are bringing an off-campus guest, you have to complete the bottom part of Dance Contract, too. 

Make sure your guest follows the following guidelines: 

• Must complete the dance contract.

• Must turn in a copy of their ID. 

• Must be under 21 years. 

Contract must be signed by Hawthorne's admin and turned in to Student Store when you purchase your ticket. 

Let us know what songs & music you want the DJ to play at the dance.
