Tickets will be available in the student store after school or online at https://lawndalehs.myschoolcentral.com/

You must be in good standing (not on the no-go list) before purchasing.
No refunds or exchanges (even if you wind up on the no-go list after purchasing)

3/11-3/17: $180 w/ ASB sticker, $190 w/o
3/18-3/24: $190 w/ ASB sticker, $200 w/o

3/25-4/7: $200 w/ ASB sticker, $210 w/o

4/8-4/12: $210 w/ ASB sticker, $220 w/o

Dress Code

This is a formal event. Tuxedos or long dresses are appropriate. If you are in need of gently used options, please email kleinbedellc@cvuhsd.org.

NO GLITTER (on clothing or accessories)
Trains or overly long dresses are discouraged since you want to be able to have fun on the dance floor.
Comfortable shoes (or backup shoes) are encouraged (you are required to wear shoes at all times)
If you have questions about your outfit and don't want to risk being covered or required to change, please bring a photo or video of you wearing it to Ms. Kleindell in B-102

The following items are not allowed at prom:

Glow items
Glitter
Sharp objects
Liquids (spray, water, perfume, etc.)
Pens
Gum
Canes
Chains (necklaces are ok, wallet chains are not)
Pens / Pencils / Markers
Nail polish
Glass bottles
Any other item not allowed on campus.
NOTE: Eye drops are test or toss

If you have prescription medication, please talk to an administrator.

Music Survey

Click here to let us know what you would like to hear the DJ play. You can request genres of music or specific songs. Last day to submit music choices is Wednesday, May 8th.

Photos

Photos will be provided by Clivabeth Photography. All students that take photos will be able to download social media downloads for free. You will be able to purchase formal photos for an additional fee.

In addition to the professional photography, we will also have several other photo ops. You may also want to arrive early to take advantage of the icon "Urban Light" exhibit at LACMA across the street from the Petersen.

Reminders

All students must be checked in by 9:00 pm. However, to get the most out of your prom experience, don't miss a moment and make sure you arrive as close to 7:00 as you can.
Dinner will only be served until 8:30 pm
There will be a breathalyzer at prom. "Champagne parties" DO NOT MEAN you can drink alcohol. Even the smallest amount will be detectable. Stick to apple cider!
Please review the dance contract you signed on lawndalehs.org for dress code and code of conduct. Students not in compliance of the dress code will be asked to leave, change, or cover up.
Bring your ID
Students must wear shoes at all times.
There will be a coat check but we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please do not check anything valuable.
Some food may contain peanuts. While the catering service will make all reasonable efforts to label food, if you are allergic, we suggest you bring your epipen.

Parking

Parking at the venue is $21 per vehicle. There is nearby street parking if available.

Drop off locations: Off Orange Grove - No Limos or Buses are allowed in the structure.

Parents are allowed to Enter Structure for Pickup instead of having to use Orange Grove. The first 30 minutes are free, then parking rates apply.

Uber/Lyft pick up off Orange Grove.

Prom Royalty

Requirements:

2.5 GPA (cumulative, weighted)

Good attendance / behavior

Nomination from a club or team

Royals will be crowned regardless of gender

May 3rd: Applications due

May 24th: Voting
