How Do I Borrow Books?
Our students in Pre-K through 2nd grade may borrow 1 book during library special. Our students in third to fifth grade may borrow 2 books during library special. All of our students may borrow their books for a total of two weeks. If our students have not finished their book(s) at the end of the two week period, our students have the opportunity to renew their books. The renewal process allows our students to renew their book(s) for a total of two renewals. Exceptions will be made for students to borrow up to three books during a library special before a school vacation begins. It is important to note, all of our students may have a total of four books on loan at anytime. However, our students may not borrow additional books until one or more books have been returned to our library.

Students in Pre-K through fifth grade may borrow books during their library special. Or, students may place a request with their homeroom teacher to visit the library outside of their library special. Books are returned to the library book return bin or by using a classroom library return bin.
Students are encouraged to visit the library with a parent/guardian after school hours. During this time, students may return and borrow books from our library. After school hours for the library are as follows:
Tuesday: 3:00pm - 5:00pm
Thursday: 3:00pm - 5:00pm
Friday: 3:00pm - 5:00pm
Take care of the books you borrow from WES Library!
