ReCircle Bin is a filing system accessible through a free-hosting website.
Objectives
To enhance organization’s professionalism and credibility, making it easier to connect with potential partners and sponsors.
To create a website that will serve as a digital archive for the Psychology Circle’s 2024–2025 term.
To create a more accessible platform, centralizing all organizational information, including constitution and by-laws, resolutions, calendar of activities, accomplishment reports, financial reports, and contact information.
To maintain transparency in organizational processes, such as accomplishment reports, financial reports, financial status, meeting agenda, and guidelines.
To introduce the BS Psychology program of Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite.
To introduce the Psychology Circle and its constituents: Committee of Student Associates, Psychology Executive Board, and Psychology Circle Sub-Organizations (PsyCare, Psych Logistics and Creatives, Psychafellas, Psychedellic Movers, and PsychUP).
To support mental health advocacy by sharing resources and information on mental health-related events and initiatives.
To advocate for gender and development initiatives.
To provide members, students, and interested individuals with easy access to references, resource materials, and event announcements.
To store past event photos, reports, publications, and achievements.
To share academic resources and learning materials that members or students may benefit from.
PROJECT WORK PLAN
The ReCircle Bin project will be led by the officer-in-charge, the Secretary for Internal Affairs (2024–2025), who campaigned on implementing this platform and intended to initiate it during her term. This website called “ReCircle Bin” has been adapted as one of the projects of Psychology Circle (2024–2025). Together with the President and the Public Relation Officer, they manage this project with the goal of promoting transparency and providing accessibility to valuable information for students.
The project will utilize Google Sites to create and host the organization’s website as it is free and has easy access and management.
Website Name
The website name, “ReCircle Bin,” was proposed by the officer-in-charge and was inspired by the term “Recycle Bin” while tying it with the organization’s name, “Psychology Circle.” The idea behind the name is that the site serves as an archive relevant to the organization, similar to how a recycle bin stores items, but for valuable content rather than disposal. The name aligns with the project’s goal of being a repository for ‘recircling’ the knowledge within the organization.
Website Design and Development
The website design will be simple yet attractive and will use the official colors of Psychology Circle. The design interface will be user-friendly and simple to navigate. The contents will be organized and sectioned.

The categories of contents include the “Home,” “BS Psychology,” “Psychology Circle,” “Directory,” and “Initiatives.”
BS Psychology
The contents under the “BS Psychology,” are not limited to the history, program description, program objectives, program policies, curriculum, and the faculty members of the BS Psychology program in Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite.
Psychology Circle
The contents under the “Psychology Circle,” are not limited to the organization description, organization accomplishment, organization core and values, constitution and by-laws, resolutions, calendar of activities, accomplishment reports, financial reports, financial status, income generating projects, meetings, and announcements.
Directory
The contents under the “Directory,” are not limited to the list of Psychology Circle Officers, Committee of Student Associates, Psychology Executive Board, and the Psychology Circle Sub-Organizations (i.e., PsyCare, Psych Logistics and Creatives, Psychafellas, Psychedellic Movers, and PsychUP), and list of contact informations.
Initiatives
The contents under the “Initiatives,” are not limited to the list of past events of the last two previous terms, projects, gender and development, services, mental health advocacies, activities, and events of Psychology Circle.
Launch Promotion
The promotion for the website launch of ReCircle Bin will be included in the promotional video of Psychology Circle’s General Assembly. The launch of the website, ReCircle Bin, will be on November 28, 2024, during the General Assembly and will be discussed by the officer-in-charge. The officer-in-charge will encourage the students to visit the website regularly for updates and resources.
PROJECT DURATION
The project is scheduled to launch during the general assembly that will be held on November 28, 2024. As the “ReCircle Bin” aims to serve as an archive, this project will continue to be available as long as the Google Sites offers free hosting. The next set of officers in the following term will have the option to continue the project and its name if they choose to.
After the Psychology Circle’s 2024–2025 term, the web address will be changed so the following term can create a new website and use the official web address of ReCircle Bin (https://sites.google.com/cvsu.edu.ph/psychology-circle).

Given the officer-in-charge’s associate’s degree in computer technology and a background in programming, she will directly oversee the website’s development and maintenance to ensure its efficiency and security. The officer-in-charge will regularly update the website to ensure it remains updated and functional. The committee members will assist with checking the contents and designs.
SAFETY AND SECURITY MEASURES
Authorized Personnel
Only the officer-in-charge is able to edit the website to eliminate and prevent data loss or breaches.
Access Control
The general access of the entire website will be available to the public. The officer-in-charge will implement a request system for temporary access if needed. To ensure that data integrity and privacy are maintained when granting temporary access, a formal request process will be established. Regular backups and updates will be conducted to prevent data loss or breaches.
Security
Only authorized personnel, primarily the Psychology Circle Officers, will have access to sensitive data. The officer-in-charge will restrict access to sensitive documents (e.g., constitution and by-laws, accomplishment reports, and financial reports) that are embedded on the website and ensure that only users with @cvsu.edu.ph email addresses can view them.
BUDGET ESTIMATES
The project, “ReCircle Bin,” will not require any physical material, hence the budget for this project is not a requirement and not needed as the website will be hosted for free on Google Sites. Since the officer-in-charge has a background in developing a website, she will manage and update the website, eliminating the need for external costs or labor.
In case the Google Sites requires a payment in the future for website hosting, the officer-in-charge will unpublish the website and the “ReCircle Bin” will be in draft, as it did not have any budget to pay for its continuance. Unless there are in-kind donations specifically for “ReCircle Bin,” the website will continue to be up and running.
