2025 Application Annoucement
Dear Crafters,
Due to a high percentage of returning vendors, we will NOT be opening General Registration to new vendors in 2025.
We know this is both surprising and disappointing for new folks who were hoping to join our fundraiser this year. Thank you for your patience, interest and support. It has taken us many months to place returning vendors and come to this conclusion.
Why no general registration?
Short explanation (TLDR): We're all out of booths!
Detailed explanation:
Due to the popularity and success of this craft show, most vendors return year after year. This is great for our fundraiser, great for the crafters, and great for the customers who come to shop many of their favorites the first Saturday in November each year. This year, as in years past, the vast majority of returning crafters re-applied via early registration.
Due to high demand, we experimented in 2024 with re-opening a hallway that had been closed post-Covid and opening a brand new hallway. This allowed us to bring in an influx of awesome new vendors. After considering feedback post-show from vendors and shoppers, we decided to eliminate these two hallways from the vendor map for 2025. Thus, we had to find open spaces in this year's map for returning vendors displaced by closing the two 2024 hallways.
This means we had a limited number of open booths after placing all returning crafters. This small percentage of available space was offered to a handful of vendors we invited for a variety of reasons, including folks who were unable to attend in 2024 due to illness or other circumstances.
So, we are sorry to disappoint, but we are thrilled to be able to say that our show is so popular, it is tough to get in! Each year, we lose a few of our amazing vendors to retirement, due to moves, or for other reasons. That means, now that our map has been readjusted to optimize a successful shopping experience for crafters and customers, that we look forward to welcoming a small but mighty crop of new vendors in 2026.
Thanks for reading, and thanks again for your interest!
