Director
Angela Pollock studied theatre and veterinary medicine at Indiana University. She lived in the redwood forests of California outside of San Francisco for 15 years. She previously worked in kindergarten and third grade as an intensive paraprofessional at Hinesburg Community School. She currently works in Mosaic House as the team paraeducator.
She is passionate about educating and motivating children to explore their natural world. She especially enjoys science projects and children’s literature. Her goal is to get every child on stage singing, dancing, acting, or through any other awesome talent!
She lives in Hinesburg with her wife and 11 year old son, one dog, three cats, and thirteen fish!
Music Director (for musicals)
Mrs. T-H is in her 26th year as a music educator. She teaches PreK-2nd grade music at ABS. She also directs the WCS 4th grade chorus.
After graduating from Penn State University in 1999, Mrs. T-H taught music in Massachusetts for three years before moving to Vermont. She plays woodwinds in pit orchestras throughout the state and is thrilled to be music directing for the WCS production of Matilda!
Mrs. T-H lives in Williston with her family and dogs.
Fall Play Assistant
Amanda grew up and attended schools in Chittenden County Vermont. She graduated from Saint Michael’s College and worked in the area as a teacher and department assistant at the UVMMC before having children. She and her husband have lived in Williston for the past 18 years. She has 2 children - one at WCS and one at CVU.
She enjoys baking, singing, designing, crafting, researching and supporting her children’s various interests. You may have seen her volunteering in the Williston Schools as part of Four Winds, Williston Families As Partners or as a chaperone on various field trips.
The WCS production of The Addams Family was her first full scale costuming endeavor. Her biggest accomplishment at WCS thus far was to design and create over 100 costumes and headpieces for the production of The Lion King Jr. She is excited to try a different role in the theater program for this year. She always enjoys working with the production team, teachers, students and families.
