Samantha Kayhart: I'm excited to be joining the Williston Central School community! While I'm new here, I've been teaching high school science for 21 years, most recently at Champlain Valley Union High School. My passion is biology, and I've spent a lot of my career teaching Advanced Placement Biology. I graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in Animal Science in 1991 and earned a 5th year certificate in secondary education from UVM in 1996. I am licensed to teach 7-12th grade science in Vermont.
Outside of school, I love spending time with family and friends, including my husband, three grown children and three grandchildren. I also enjoy traveling, especially to places near the ocean, reading, doing art hiking, kayaking, playing with my dogs, and socializing with friends. I can't wait to get to know all of you!
Amanda Laberge: I began teaching at Williston Central School in 2009. I earned my bachelor's degree at SUNY Plattsburgh in 2006 with a major in biology and minor in chemistry. I completed my teaching licensure program in 2009 and earned my Master's Degree in 2012 through St. Michael's College. Outside of school, I spend lots of my time with my family, including my two incredible children, Ryan and Max. I enjoy gardening, camping, watching sports, cooking, baking, and reading. I love exercising in many forms and spending time outdoors enjoying all that Vermont has to offer. I also love to travel and find adventures in new places. I am looking forward to learning and growing together with my students this year.

Hi, I am Lauren Cammann, a paraeducator in Cedar, Spruce, and Willow Houses. I have 10 years experience working at WCS, and enjoy supporting students throughout the day on study skills and more. It’s wonderful to meet each student and spend time together as a team learning and growing every day. My goal is to inspire students to gain confidence in their own abilities so that they understand the importance of being accepting, kind lifelong learners. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and love animals, reading, walking, gardening, history, cooking, and travel.
