Arrival & Parking

The drive through the farm to the Coach Barn is truly spectacular.  To maintain traffic flow and respect the farm's operations:

• Enter at the Shelburne Farms Welcome Center at 1611 Harbor Road. There will be greeters in the gatehouse to answer any questions.

• The Coach Barn is the only facility on the campus of Shelburne Farms reserved for this event. Please be respectful of other guests and programs at other locations at Shelburne Farms.

• Please follow signage along the road with “CVU Event.”

• Parking: All students driving themselves must park in the designated event areas immediately upon arrival.

• Once you arrive at the Coach Barn you are welcome to take photos there.

• In addition to Shelburne Farms staff, Green Mountain Concert Services will be assisting with traffic flow and parking. Please follow their directions.

• The only entrance to the Coach Barn is through the courtyard.

Information for Caregivers

The Coach Barn is reserved exclusively for the students during the event.  Parking is extremely limited and we ask that caregivers not attend.  Student drop-offs welcome. But unfortunately care-givers are not permitted to stop and take pictures along the drive within Shelburne Farms or at the Coach Barn.

Departure

While the courtyard of the Coach Barn will be open during the event for anyone wanting fresh air, students are not permitted to leave the Coach Barn or courtyard. Once they do, they are expected to leave Shelburne Farms. There is no re-admission to the prom.

For students driving themselves and caregivers picking up students, please exit the way you entered. There will be Shelburne Farms staff and Green Mountain Concert Services stationed along the road to make sure everyone exits safely. Once the prom ends, students must exit; they are not permitted to go elsewhere on campus.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us remain good guests of Shelburne Farms. We can’t wait to see everyone in their formal best for a night to remember!
