Per Swank Movie Licensing FAQs, "You can show movies that are secured from any legal source (DVDs, digital copies, streaming, etc.). This includes renting, borrowing or using movies from your personal home collection." So, it would NOT include a movie that you streamed from an account that is not your own; for example, borrowing someone else's login credentials to Netflix is not legally sourced.
Per the Department of Libraries: "Educators can use the Swank K-12 Streaming platform to incorporate movies and documentaries into lesson plans. The service also gives every student access to teacher-assigned films for in-person or remote learning." (https://libraries.vermont.gov/services/school_libraries/movies)
