What is the event? On the activity page, you will find a bingo sheet. On this bingo sheet, there will be multiple activities that you can choose from to complete. Your goal is to complete 5 in a row throughout the week of the event. There will be all sorts of different types of activities that you can try out. If you don't complete 5 of them it's completely okay, the point of this event is to work on yourself and your mental health. If you enjoyed these activities you could create your own bingo sheet or find other ways to stay active. You're also open to using the bingo sheet I created whenever you would like.
